Earlier in Shanghai, I worked in different roles. Rather than starting from abstract frameworks, I start with the tasks people actually do every day.

I began independent work in 2022, learning through tools, content, and user support. I later moved into building products end to end, from development and launch to tutorials and maintenance.

I built SoraTK and XPLA around commerce images and video, turning multi-step production into repeatable workflows. I also completed early pilots in commerce and short-drama editing.

Bring development skills into real operations.
I am from Jiangxi and worked in Shanghai earlier in my career across different roles and frontline operations. That taught me to look at how a task really gets done: where information comes from, who decides, and which actions repeat each day.
Since 2022, I have worked independently and gradually focused on products and tools. I now build XPLA and SoraTK across product imagery, video creation, content research, and reusable workflows. I also write tutorials, respond to feedback, and maintain the products.
I also collaborate with a team of more than 100 people on FDE on-site delivery. We start with one repeated workflow, document the inputs, rules, and human checks, then aim to connect existing tools and test with real examples.Explore FDE collaboration ↗
